THE ORGANIZATION WILL STRIVE TO IMPROVE SAFETY, PRODUCTIVITY, TRAINING AND QUALITY OF WORK WHILE PROMOTING A HIGH ETHICAL STANDARD FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN DELAWARE. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION WILL SERVE AS THE VOICE IN DELAWARE AS A UNION CONTRACTOR. THE ORGANIZATION BELIEVES THEIR COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS IN PROMOTING UINON CONSTRUCTION IN THE STATE WILL NOT ONLY IMPROVE BUSINESSES, BUT WILL IMPROVE THE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE IN DELAWARE.
