S2E'S 4-PHASE APPROACH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:CRISIS SHELTER: SAFE, SHORT-TERM PLACEMENTS USING MONTH-LONG AIRBNB/VRBO RENTALS AS A TRAUMA-INFORMED, COST-EFFECTIVE HOTEL ALTERNATIVE.- 1,243 INSTANCES OF EMERGENCY SHELTER PLACEMENT - 724 INSTANCES OF CRISIS INTERVENTION, PROTECTION & SAFETY PLANNING- 1,497 INSTANCES OF SUBSTANCE USE SUPPORT AND REFERRALSEMPLOYMENT: SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT WITH WAGE SUBSIDIES, JOB COACHING AND EMPLOYMENT-FIRST TECHNICAL TRAINING AT VETTED SMALL BUSINESS WORKSITES 100% (MONTHS 13), 50% (46), 25% (79).- 8,715 INSTANCES OF SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT- 3,499 INSTANCES OF INTERVENTIONS WITH EMPLOYERS, CREDITORS, LANDLORDS AND ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONSHOUSING STABILITY: 12-MONTH HOUSING ADVOCACY AND PHASED RENT SUPPORT TO STABILIZE SURVIVORS 100% (MONTHS 13), 75% (46), 50% (79), 25% (1012).- 3,189 SHELTER/HOUSING SERVICES- 447 RENTAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENTSSELF-EMPLOYMENT: MENTORSHIP WITH SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS; PRACTICAL SKILLS (E.G., QUICKBOOKS, SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING), CERTIFICATIONS, AND AN "EMPLOYMENT-FIRST" PATH TOWARD ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
