ReCraft has expanded this program so that all art teachers and STEAM teachers in Greenville and Laurens County public schools can shop at the ReCraft reuse retail store free of charge.

With financial assistance from the South Carolina Arts Commission, ReCraft launched a free, summer-long program to stem summer learning loss around SC Ready standards for Design. The program reached more than 2000 school-aged youth and used funds to double the size and capacity of ReCraft's makerspace, now able to accommodate 36 people at a time.
