OUR COMMUNITY QUARTERBACK APPROACH ENGAGES RESIDENTS, IDENTIFIES THEIR STRENGTHS AND NEEDS AND CONNECTS RESIDENTS WITH HOUSING, EDUCATIONAL/EMPLOYMENT AND COMMUNITY WELLNESS SERVICES THAT IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. WE ALSO RALLY RESIDENTS TO CHALLENGE AND IMPROVE THESE SAME SYSTEMS AND HELP BUILD A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD THAT BENEFITS ALL.
