603 Forward envisions a thriving New Hampshire where all people are free to live, work and raise a family. In our New Hampshire: democracy is protected above all else; young people have a voice in government at all levels; and policy changes help to build an inclusive, affordable, and resilient state. In tackling the generational crisis facing New Hampshire, 603 Forward educates, engages, and activates working-age adults to drive pro-next-generation policy change and support like-minded leaders in their pursuit of public office. Whether it?s testifying at hearings, engaging with local elected officials, knocking doors for a young leader or recruiting the next generation to public office, 603 Forward is building a future for our generation to thrive. 603 Forward?s key programs focus on engaging young people through prospective candidate recruitment and education, legislative advocacy, and voter protection and turnout. The end goal of 603 Forward?s work is to build a pipeline of educated, engaged activists who ultimately seek and win state, city, and town elected office to enact systems-level pro-next-generation progressive change and support progressive leaders in running for office. Historically, 603 Forward has been the only non-profit organization in New Hampshire that has engaged consistently in town and city elections across the state. 603 Forward supported folks accross the aisle in FY2025, educating individauls and legislators on voting rights and the housing crisis in New Hampshire. In individual communities, we worked with activists and elected officials alike to discuss the landscape of New Hampshire, promoting the actions we can take to make it a more inclusive place for working aged people. 603 Forward recruited and trained over 150 working aged people during this time frame to run for a position in their town or city, and at the state level. We ran a comprehensive Independent Expenditure campaign for several candidates after the filing period.
