Empower students by providing essential life skills and career training, while fostering connections through cultural learning programs and travel experiences. We aspire to help in the transition from teens to adults by developing their outlook on life through amazing, life-changing experiences and fun, action-packed adventures, both domestically and abroad. Guided by our core valuesLearning, Equity, Growth, Advocacy, and Community (LEGAC)we uphold the principle that Access Opportunity Equality. Through our Life Skills Training Academy, we envision a future where everyone has equal access to opportunities that provide a pathway for skill development, in an inclusive and empowering space where they can thrive and reach their full potential. One of our signature programs, Read the Room, is a dynamic and impactful initiative that encourages participants to understand their inner emotions and personal surroundings to adapt effectively. Additionally, we offer follow-up counseling and problem-solving support plus career placement guidance to ensure that the connections made during the program continue to benefit participants in their lifelong learning journey. As part of our commitment to cross-cultural understanding, our students interact and study the cultures of their peers in countries such as Guatemala, Cuba, various African nations, Mexico, and Thailand. We provide opportunities for study abroad and host visits by students from these countries, enriching the experience and broadening the perspectives of our participants. At Life Skills Training Academy, we are dedicated to providing a transformative experience that prepares young adults for success in both their personal and professional lives.
