SUBSTANCE USE AND ABUSE - OUT HEALTH UNDERSTANDS THAT ADDICTION IS A BRAIN DISEASE THAT AFFECTS BEHAVIOR AND RECURS FREQUENTLY OVER TIME. LIKE MANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS, ADDICTION ISSUES ARE OFTEN INHERITED.
