Farmers Market Project hosted educational and outreach booths at local farmers market to raise awareness about food insecurity in San Mateo County to collect donations of produce purchased at the market and to divert food waste from vendors at the end of each market resulting is more than 1000 lbs of produce donated in 2023. The Senior Garden Steward project was largely dormant due to lack of volunteer and staff capacity.
