To accomplish our mission, we focus on increasing awareness of children in crisis to recruit foster families. We screen and license these new foster families within 3-4 months vs. the state average of 6-12 months. We then provide ongoing support and oversight via case coordinators, leading to longer term placements and higher rate of foster family retention.
