CLIMB connects and coordinates community partners to align their services and resources towards our shared vision of ending poverty through sports, education, and employment opportunities. We wanted to create-lasting change and implement a "collective impact model" that focuses on providing support from school to career. Our aim is to create opportunities that will help young people to raise themselves up and improve lifestyles; to help all types of communities but more specifically, those less fortunate in terms of finance, opportunities, and role models and to provide the tools, information, and skills for success.
