Managed and developed FosterWestTexasKids.org and AdoptWestTexasKids.org websites to recruit, educate, and connect potential foster and adoptive parents with child placing agencies. Program includes targeted marketing campaigns for foster/adopt parent recruitment, development of recruitment websites, creation of compelling child narratives and professional photography, and coordination with child placing agencies to facilitate matches between waiting children and potential forever families. Program focuses on both legal and relational permanency outcomes.
