Open Up

Open Movement - provided 403 free community movement classes & events, serving 2,311 participants - more than double the 949 served in 2023. This growth reflects both increased community demand & the commitment to making inclusive wellness opportunities accessible to all. The weekly classes & monthly events offer welcoming, no-cost opportunities to practice yoga, dance, improvisation, mindfulness, & strength conditioning in a supportive environment. Designed with equity & accessibility at the core, these programs bring together individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, & allies to share in movement, connection, & joy. Through these experiences, participants build confidence, reduce stress, strengthen social connections & develop lifelong wellness practices. By expanding access to inclusive movement & mindfulness. Continues to advance the missionof fostering well-being, belonging, & community for people of all abilities.

Open Schools - Reached over 400 students across the 15 schools during the school day& engaged an additional 53 students in out-of-school clubs & camps, 43% of whom identified as having a disability. These programs create inclusive learning opportunities that support both personal growth & collective community building. The tailered yoga & mindfulness classes are offered in pre-K, school, & summer class settings, where they meet the physical, mental, & behavorial needs of each child. By fostering teamwork, self-awareness, & resilience in supportive group environments. Helps young people of all abilities develop skills that strengthen their well-veing & their connections with others.
