Board Engagement Services: BoardReady provides board engagement services that connect organizations with highly qualified, board-ready executives for corporate board roles. Through a structured process that includes discovery, candidate identification, and facilitated introductions, BoardReady supports companies in expanding their networks beyond traditional channels to identify candidates with relevant expertise and experience. During the year, BoardReady supported approximately 12 client engagements, providing curated shortlists of 5-7 candidates per search and facilitating introductions between organizations and prospective board members. These services benefited both client organizations seeking to strengthen board composition and executives pursuing board service opportunities. TalentVault Resources: TalentVault is BoardReadys curated network of board-ready executives, designed to expand access to board opportunities and support individuals in navigating pathways to the boardroom. Members include senior leaders across industries, many of whom have prior board or C-suite experience. During the year, we grew our TalentVault by over 250 members. BoardReady supported these individuals through programming, introductions to board opportunities, and ongoing engagement with corporate clients. Approximately 525 individuals were directly engaged through board opportunities, events, or programming, benefiting from increased visibility and access to board service. Research: BoardReady conducts research and develops thought leadership focused on board composition, governance trends, and inclusionary practices that contribute to effective boardrooms. This work is designed to inform both organizations and executives and to elevate best practices in board governance. During the year, BoardReady produced 1 research report and engaged approximately 50 public company board directors through interviews related to this work.
