LQL OPERATES STEEPLE VIEW LOFTS, WHICH PROVIDES 42 RESIDENTS WITH HOUSING IN THE HEART OF LANCASTER CITY AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE.LANDIS PLACE ON KING OPENED IN MAY OF 2023. THIS NEW PROJECT CONSISTS OF A SEVEN-STORY MIXED USE BUILDING WITH 79 ONE AND TWO-BEDROOM RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS, 1,800 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE, AND 1,400 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE TO BE LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA. AT THE END OF JUNE 2024 THERE WERE 87 RESIDENTS RESIDING AT LANDIS PLACE ON KING.A TAX CREDIT PROJECT IS CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT FOR THE READING AREA. LQL HOPES TO HAVE A PROJECT READY FOR APPROVAL BY THE PHFA WITHIN THE NEXT TWELVE MONTHS.
