The Spay, Neuter and Prevention (SNAP) recognizes that at the core of animal homelessness, suffering and neglect is overpopulation and simply too many unwanted animals. We have been creating spay/neuter solutions in Los Barriles, BCS and surrounding communities since 2013.Providing Mexican pet owners free spay and neuter services has been our priority in reducing the unwanted litters of dogs and cats in our local communities. Our goal is to provide the knowledge, help and services to the community for them to grow the program
