The Lullaby Project, in collaboration with Carnegie Hall, pairs parents and caregivers with professional musicians and writers to compose and sing lullabies for their children. Working with the Vermont Network and Writers for Recovery for the last six years, they have brought the Lullaby Project to survivors of domestic and sexual violence in communities and at the Vermont women's correctional facility. Each song amplifies love, connection and healing. Our teaching artists report that this is a powerful experience and the culminating performances that result from the work are amazing.
