THE ORGANIZATION HAD THE FOLLOWING INITIATIVES FOR THE FISCAL-YEARENDING MARCH 31, 2025:(I) TEACHING ROIVANT SOCIAL VENTURES' "MAKING MEDICINES" COURSE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT CHAPEL HILL'S ESHELMAN SCHOOL OF PHARMACY, THE NUMBER ONE RANKED PHARMACY SCHOOL IN THE UNITED STATES. WE DESIGNED AND LAUNCHED THIS INNOVATIVE COURSE IN 2023 TO INTRODUCE PHARMD STUDENTS TO THE NEW DRUG APPROVAL PROCESS AND KEY ISSUES IN DRUG DISCOVERY, PRE-CLINICAL TESTING, CLINICAL TRIALS, FDA APPROVAL, AND GLOBAL ACCESS TO MEDICINES. THE COURSE IS IN HIGH DEMAND AND RECEIVED MULTIPLE TEACHING AWARDS. (II) GROWING ROIVANT SOCIAL VENTURES' INAUGURAL ACCESS TO MEDICINES PHARMA INTERNSHIPS AND ACCESS TO MEDICINES GLOBAL FELLOWSHIPS FOR TALENTED PHARMD STUDENTS FROM GROUPS WITH DISPROPORTIONATE UNMET NEEDS IN MEDICINE. IN 2023 THE PROGRAM PROVIDED REAL-WORLD DRUG DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE TO FOUR HIGHLY QUALIFIED PHARMD STUDENTS. IN 2024 WE EXPANDED THE PROGRAM TO FIVE STUDENTS. (III) CONTINUING OUR THOUGHT LEADERSHIP CAMPAIGN THROUGH HOSTING EVENTS LIKE "INCREASING IMPACT: LEVERAGING DATA TO DRIVE HEALTHCARE ACCESS AND ADVANCEMENT," THAT PROVIDED INCREASED VISIBILITY AND EDUCATION ON ISSUES IN HEALTHCARE ACCESS, AND SPEAKING AT EVENTS WITH ORGANIZATIONS LIKE THE TERMEER FOUNDATION, BIO'S CEO AND INVESTOR CONFERENCE, THE ADVANCING WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP IN PHARMA AND HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE, THE NATIONAL VACCINE LAW CONFERENCE, AND 50/50 WOMEN ON BOARDS. (IV) LAUNCHED OUR INAUGURAL CONVERGENCE FORUM FELLOWSHIPS, WHICH PROVIDED SUPPORT FOR HIGHLY TALENTED FIRST-TIME FEMALE AND UNDERREPRESENTED CEOS TO ATTEND AN INTIMATE, INVITATION ONLY CONFERENCE OF PROMINENT HEALTHCARE LEADERS.(V) LAUNCHING OUR HEALTH EQUITY SPOTLIGHT SERIES, WHICH HIGHLIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS INCREASING ACCESS TO RESEARCH, MEDICINE, AND MEDICAL CARE FOR UNDERSERVED PATIENT GROUPS.
