Mission

The mission of SAGES Theater Inc is to create a positive effect on the lives of older adults through theater arts. We carry the mission out as a free public service for the entire community with original Plays with Purpose that raise discussion on the challenges of aging safely and feature senior actors in lead roles. There is no theater building of our own. By leasing stage venues around the Greater Tampa Bay Area, our plays add the convenience of proximity to the communities of people we serve, make accessible and family-friendly theater arts available to all, and elevate senior education to be engaging, entertaining, and empowering for older adults. Our volunteers provide needed outreach and safety awareness on crises first responders face daily and hope to prevent for older adults.
