The Downtown Pullman Association coordinated the efforts of residents, businesses, and all partners in the historic downtown area to become an affiliate in the Main Street Association of Washington State. The Organization created a strategic plan, established four committees which will facilitate the Organization's activities and participated in the City of Pullman's Steering committee with a focus on plans for downtown improvements. The Organization teamed with other organizations to activate the downtown area via events, including the Fall Harvest Festival.
