THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS THE ASSETS OF A LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATION COMMITTEE ("LMC") AND HAS BEEN RECEIVING EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS PURSUANT TO THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT EXECUTED BETWEEN PLUMBERS AND PIPEFITTERS LOCAL UNION 110 OF THE UNITED ASSOCIATION OF JOURNEYMEN AND APPRENTICES OF THE PLUMBING AND PIPEFITTING INDUSTRY AND THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, AFL-CIO,AND THE VIRGINIA ASSOCIATION OF CONTRACTORS, INC.
