COLORADO CHRISTIAN SERVICES COMES ALONGSIDE WOMEN IN UNPLANNED PREGNANCIES AND CHRISTIAN ADOPTIVE COUPLES, IN BUILDING FAMILIES THROUGH CARING, EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL ADOPTION PLANNING SERVICES. IN ADDITION, OUR COMMUNITY RESOURCE ROOM IS OPEN TO OUR CLIENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. WOMEN AND FAMILIES CAN COME IN AND "SHOP" IN OUR BOUTIQUE-STYLE STORE AT NO COST TO THEM. OUR COMMUNITY RESOURCE ROOM IS FULLY STOCKED WITH NEW AND GENTLY USED DONATED ITEMS.

SINCE THE BEGINNING OF OUR MINISTRY IN 1963, COLORADO CHRISTIAN SERVICES HAS PLACED APPROXIMATELY 1,200 BABIES INTO LOVING, STABLE CHRISTIAN HOMES. WE ARE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO AND SERVE FAMILIES ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE: TRADITIONAL AND DESIGNATED ADOPTIONS, CONTRACT SERVICES, ADOPTIVE FAMILY ASSESSMENTS AND UPDATES, BIRTH PARENT COUNSELING, AND POST-PLACEMENT SUPERVISORY SERVICES. ADOPTION FEES ARE CHARGED TO ADOPTIVE FAMILIES FOR SERVICES RENDERED. IN 2023, THERE WERE 20 ADOPTIVE FAMILIES SERVED, 2 FAMILIES IN PROCESS, 5 ADOPTIVE FAMILY ASSESSMENT APPROVED, 7 FAMILY ASSESSMENT UPDATES, 4 ADOPTIVE PLACEMENTS, AND 1 ASSISTED PLACEMENT.

COLORADO CHRISTIAN SERVICES PROVIDES FREE SERVICES TO ANY PREGNANT WOMAN, REGARDLESS OF AGE, RACE, OR RELIGION. OUR CAPABLE STAFF OFFERS PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, AS WELL AS REFERRALS FOR MEDICAL CARE, HOUSING, FOOD, AND CLOTHING. DEPENDING ON THE BIRTH MOTHER'S SITUATION, WE MAY ALSO PROVIDE PREGNANCY-RELATED FINANCIAL HELP TOWARD MEETING MEDICAL AND/OR LIVING EXPENSES. FOR THE BIRTH MOTHER DECIDING TO PARENT, WE OFFER PARENTING SKILLS COUNSELING. SHOULD A CLIENT CHOOSE TO PLACE HER CHILD IN A LOVING CHRISTIAN HOME, WE OFFER FULL ADOPTION SERVICES.
