CLINIC PROGRAMS PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO CHILDREN AGES 021 IN ADAMS COUNTY COMMUNITIES AND SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTERS. DURING THE YEAR, KIDS FIRST SERVED 3,999 UNIQUE PATIENTS THROUGH A TOTAL OF 11,907 MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH VISITS, ADMINISTERED 8,066 IMMUNIZATIONS, AND HELPED 1,054 CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH MEDICAID AND CHILD HEALTH PLAN PLUS (CHP+) APPLICATIONS. ADDITIONALLY, 95% OF PATIENTS RECEIVED ORAL HEALTH SCREENINGS AT WELL-CHILD CHECK-UPS, AND 76% OF PATIENTS AGES 12 AND OLDER WERE SCREENED FOR DEPRESSION.
