THROUGH COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE (CASA), FAMILY CONNECTIONS (FC) AND TRUST-BASED RELATIONAL INTERVENTION (TBRI) PROGRAMMING CLC CREATES SAFE, NURTURING, AND PERMANENT CONNECTIONS SO VICTIMS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT, AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARE EMPOWERED TO HEAL AND THRIVE.
