THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO THE ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF AFFORDABLE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO SUPPORT ITS COMPLETED AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTIES, PRESIDENTIAL ARMS, LARA LEA, WILLOW STREET, CANTERBURY APARTMENTS, FOX STREET, ASPEN LEAF, REGAL APARTMENTS, NINE MILE STATION SENIOR LIVING, AND SAPLING GROVE APARTMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED LOANS TO THESE PROPERTIES TO ASSIST WITH THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF THE PROPERTIES.
