Launching Peer Mentoring, which facilitated mentoring relationships between 8th grade students and 4th grade students at Sleeping Giant School; 2. Supporting 85 youth in building leadership skills, connecting with peers, and affecting change in their communities through Youth Action Councils; 3. Building lasting mentoring relationships through Community Based Mentoring, supporting over 80 youth in Routt County; 4. Reaching over 500 unduplicated youth through youth-led events and projects; 5. Connecting with over 200 students through mentor presence in schools; 6. Developing an updated strategic plan to build the foundation for thirty more years of impact in the Yampa Valley.
