Founded May 30, 1996, the Colorado Reined Cowhorse Association paved a path for horsemen alike to showcase the talent and diversity of the ever-growing sport of working cowhorse. We are proud to offer futurities, derbies, horse show classes, and spectaculars through the open, non pro, and youth classes. Through the years the CRCA has been voted affiliate and reserve affiliate of the year by our parent association NRCHA. We as an association are led by a board of 12 members elected by the general membership each year. The board of directors try and improve each and every show to make it a competitive, fun and rewarding experience. We pride ourselves in the camaraderie, leadership, and friendships you witness at all of our shows. With shows in different parts of Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska not only do we get to see beautiful landscapes but we are also afforded the best facilities in the area.
