Medical & Surgical:St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center opened its doors in 2000 in Ketchum to serve the health care needs of people living in Blaine County and the surrounding region. The 25-bed critical access hospital provides 24-hour emergency services, orthopedic and general surgery, diagnostic imaging including MRI, CT and digital mammography, laboratory, obstetrics and gynecology, outpatient infusion services including chemotherapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapies as well as outpatient behavioral health services.SLWR also owns and operates multiple physician clinics; the organization's total campus square footage is more than 200,000 square feet. Primary and specialty care providers coordinate patient care in local clinics; St. Luke's physicians are part of a network of more than 150 providers specializing in dermatology, family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, OB/GYN, pediatrics, orthopedics and urology.During fiscal year 2024, St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center provided qualified inpatient care for 974 admissions and patient care associated with 121,200 outpatient visits.

St. Luke's primary care physicians and associated care teams serve as first point of contact for patients seeking services and provide ongoing, comprehensive and coordinated care to address a wide range of health needs among the multiple and expanding populations served from Wood River facilities. Wood River has led within the health system with respect to community health and has established robust partnerships with multiple mission-oriented community organizations to meet community needs and connect patients and families with a broad variety of services.

Ortho-Neuro:Physical, occupational and speech therapists provide personalized care to help patients recover from injury and surgery and to help manage chronic conditions. Specialties include sports medicine, spine wellness, orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, hand therapy, lymphedema, spine therapy, pelvic health, pediatrics and geriatrics.Treatment programs include balance and vestibular therapy, arthritis therapy, osteoporosis rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, speech and language therapy, cognitive therapy, ski conditioning, arthritis therapy, neurologic rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, including ImPACT (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) and sports medicine. Services include ergonomic evaluations, modified barium swallow testing and access to AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill technology to expedite recovery time after surgery, injury and/or other mobility impairment. Speech and articulation and mobility and balance classes serve patients with Parkinson's disease.Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for people ages 12 and older who need neurological care are offered at the Hailey clinic location; specialties here include disorders of the nervous system, including brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles, along with the treatment and management of epilepsy, stroke, sleep disorders, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions.
