To promote the health and safety of the ill, infirmed, handicapped, and the elderly individuals by providing an electronic home monitoring and home care service facilitating peace of mind, to enable such individuals to lengthen the stay in their home rather than in a facility of assisted living or long term care. Services will be provided in such a manner that no part of the net earnings of the Corporation shall insure to the benefit, or be distributable to its members, officers, directors or other private persons. except that the Corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions to support the purpose set forth within these Articles of Corporation and Bylaws.
