THE ORGANIZATION RECRUITED, ENROLLED, ANDINSTRUCTED 162 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND 4 PARENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS,ALL RESIDING IN SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH. THE ENROLLEES PARTICIPATED IN A 12-SESSION COURSE ENTITLED "PROJECT TOWARDS NO DRUG ABUSE," WHICH IS A DRUG PREVENTION PROGRAM THAT FOCUSES ON HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH WHO ARE AT RISK OFNICOTINE AND OTHER DRUGS. THE COURSE WAS PROVIDED IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH. EACH ENROLLEE THAT COMPLETED THE COURSE RECEIVED A GIFT CARD. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDED ANTI-VAPING/DRUG EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS TO OVER 750 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT VARIOUS PUBLIC EVENTS OCCURRING IN SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH.
