The Fellowship program supported a cohort of 24 fellows (CEF8), including 1 Foundation-sponsored fellow for the 14-month program period (Jan 1, 2024-Feb 28, 2025). Fellows met in person for quarterly Fellowship convergences in addition to attending monthly webinars led by experts in the field. The Collaborative, a shared learning community of large health systems across the nation focused on creating fairness in the healthcare workplace, ended the year with 17 organization members. Members met virtually for 2 meetings and in person for 2 meetings during the 12-month calendar year program to share metrics, updates on progress, participate in the McKinsey Women in the Workplace survey, and discuss hiring, attrition, and promotion trends, among other topics. The Fellowship Network held its 2024 annual meeting and provided CEUs for participants. Additionally, the Network held webinars for Network members ranging from storytelling and branding to boosting ones resume. Both fellows and Collaborative members were selected to present at the 2024 annual Christine Malcolm Symposium on the theme of Leading with Authentic Optimism: Making the Future New.
