TRIPS ARE TAKEN A FEW MONTHS BEFORE THE INTENDED MISSION TO VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF THE APPLICATIONS. BASED ON THE NUMBER OF TRIP ATTENDEES, THE ORGANIZATION WILL SELECT SUITED APPLICATIONS FOR THE WORK. PRIOR TO THE MISSION, TRIP MEETINGS FOR VOLUNTEER ATTENDEES ARE CALLED TO HELP PREPARE FOR THE MISSION WEEK. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPLYS ALL MATERIAL TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO THE PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FOOD AND LODGING TO THE VOLUNTEERS. DURING THE MISSION WEEK, ATTENDEES WILL BE ASSIGNED A CONSTRUCTION GROUP AND SCOPE OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED. IN THE E
