Progressive Pipeline provided long-term career support to more than 200 fellowship alumni who are traditionally underrepresented. The organization supported these students and recent graduates interested in launching social change careers. The organization also helped to identify potential roles that would align with their professional and personal goals, coached them through telling their stories to employers, and offered support and advice as they navigated the job hunt. In keeping with our commitment to building a stronger, more diverse talent pipeline, more than 75% of the students who we supported identified as people of color and more than 70% identified as women or non-binary. Additionally, we offered trainings to more than 50 managers at social-impact-focused organizations that helped them to develop equitable and inclusive management practices.
