3. Peer-to-Peer Mentoring & Wellness Programs BTAC facilitates multiple empowerment-based wellness programs and peer-to-peer mentoring designed to enhance emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. The organization launched an eight-dimensional wellness model in its retreats and mentoring structures, offering virtual and in-person retreats, community circles, and one-on-one support. These programs reduce isolation, build leadership skills, and promote healing. In the past year, over 250 participants engaged in structured mentorship and wellness activities, many of whom have returned as mentors, presenters, or program facilitators themselves.
