SOKY PATRIOTS CONDUCT RURAL FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS MONTHLY AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGH OUR MOBILE FOOD PANTRIES. IN ADDITION, AS A PARTNER AGENCY OF FEEDING AMERICA, KENTUCKY'S HEARTLAND, WE ASSIST IN DISTRIBUTING THE COMMODITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM (CSFP) BOXES, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 'SENIOR BOXES.' THIS PROGRAM WORKS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF LOW-INCOME ADULTS AT LEAST 60 YEARS OF AGE BY SUPPLEMENTING THEIR DIETS WITH A MONTHLY BOX OF NUTRITIOUS USDA NON-PERISHABLE FOODS.
