The organization exists to transform hearts and develop young leaders for the flourishing of healthy families, homes, and communities. This is accomplished through support groups and gatherings, entrepreneurship training, and resourse hubs such as Cesars Closet. Our Rise Up curriculum covers themes of responsibility, authority, stories, relational development, self-worth, forgiveness, and attitude. These gatherings incorporates social, emotional, and behavioral learning to help participants develop healthy habits and interpersonal skills. The goal is to provide mentorship and support to help students develop into healthy, thriving leaders. INNOV8 Young Entrepreneurs is a 5-week program that teaches high school students financial literacy and provides entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and financial support to start their own businesses. Cesars Closet is a resource hub where students can access free shoes, clothes, hygiene products, and other supplies, as well as earn community service hours.
