Mission

CILI mission is to provide Talent Career Training & Leadership Development for college students in the New Orleans area & Louisiana Region. Our primary student training goals focus on 3-Primary Tiers of development: FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM CAREER BRIDGE LEADERSHIP TRAINING & HIRE LEARNING PROGRAM which engages in talent development initiatives targeting leading companies that result in changing and enriching lives of college graduates of color encouraging students to stay and remain in the N.O. Region. The Leadership program delivers skill building and competency development thru paid internships that provide quality training and experiences rooted in the future success of college students in N.O. and across the Region of Louisiana. Each year CILI welcomes a cohort of nearly 40 fellows for a year of personal and professional development. Our goal is to ease the transition from academic to adult life by arming students with the skills and experience needed to succeed in the workplace.
