Equity in Education Coalition (EEC): This program is a subgrantee contract with EEC, funded by the Washington Department of Commerce, whereby CACCWA developed a culturally anchored and respectful digital navigation curriculum for the local community. CACCWA offered digital navigation and literacy support to community members through the culturally anchored and respectful digital navigator curriculum that is reflective and responsive to the languages, cultures, and communities found in WA State as well as the Federally and Non-Federally recognized tribes.
