HIA LAUNCHED HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGE SERVICES TO PROVIDE VALUE TO THE HEALTH ECOSYSTEM ACROSS CONNECTICUT. DURING 2021, HIA OFFICIALLY COMMENCED OPERATIONS AND HAS ONBOARDED HUNDREDS OF PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS. HIA HAS BECOME A CENTRALIZED SOURCE FOR THE SEAMLESS TRANSFER OF DATA BETWEEN DIFFERENT INTERESTED PARTIES INCLUDING HOSPITALS AND HEALTH SYSTEMS, LABS, PROVIDERS, AND OTHER HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGES.
