TPAF WILL BE INVOLVED WITH PROGRAMS THAT ASSIST VETERANS WITH FURTHER EDUCATION, SKILLS TRAINING, CREDIT, AND NEEDED SUPPORTING TECHNICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT IN PRODUCTIVE AND PROFITABLE FARMING AND OTHER ALLIED AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIES AND OCCUPATIONS IN THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA AREAS OF ARKANSAS, MISSISSIPPI, AND EASTERN TENNESSEE. THIS WILL BE EXPANDED AS FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR OTHER MILITARY VETERANS WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED OR UNDERSERVED MINORITIES, WHETHER JUST RETURNING FROM ACTIVE DUTY OR NOT.
