In 2024, Fair Future NC funded grassroots organizations and supported a multi-layered communications approach to amplify Black voices and increase civic engagement. We worked to empower and amplify Black voices to effect change. We will partner with local leaders and community activists to build an organizational culture that prioritizes diversity, equality and inclusion and treats everyone with dignity and respect.
