THESE TAKE PLACE ON STREET PLAZAS AND IN A GALLERY SPACE THAT IS LEASED BY THE OTCA AND INCLUDE ART OPENINGS, STREET ACTIVATIONS, CULTURAL EVENTS, AND MARKETS WERE HELD REPRESENTING THE BROAD CONSTITUENTS AND VIEWPOINTS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
