In late 2025, Fosterus also initiated a national program for fellows of Equal Justice Works that creates opportunities for lawyers to transform their passion for equal justice into a life long commitment to public service. In total, Fosterus increased the number of individuals who were assisted to more than 475 individuals employed by non-profit and government organizations.
