Best Start for Kid's Home-Based Services: Community-based doula programs provide culturally relevant doula services from 28 weeks of pregnancy to the baby's first year. This program puts emphasis on prevention-each client receives 2 visits each month to prepare them for labor and connect them to resources in the ommunity. 27 clients were served through our Community-Based Doula Program. 1,059 parents attended our parent support groups. 4 of our doula clients identified as first time parents. 96.71% of clients initiated breastfeeding.
