An assessment of the facility's cleanliness and hygiene methods, including handwashing stations, diaper changing areas, and food preparation areas. The assessment of the physical environment's safety, such as checking for risks, ensuring sufficient ventilation, and verifying that safety measures are in place. At the Supportive Childcare Provider Alliance (SCPA), our Family Support Services are designed to walk alongside families navigating the complex systems of childcare, health, and social support. Rooted in trust and cultural responsiveness, our approach centers on building meaningful relationships and providing practical, wraparound care to immigrant, refugee, and multilingual communities. We assist families in accessing childcare subsidies, enrolling in licensed programs, and finding providers that align with their values and schedules. Our dedicated team also helps families connect to essential resources, including housing, food assistance, health services, and early intervention supports. We believe every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive, and our Family Support Services ensure they never have to navigate alone.
