Development of high-resolution array of sensors in the Coastal Bend able to detect and quantify emissions. This work will help establish a regional baseline and put in place ongoing monitoring to protect Coastal Bend communities as rapid industrialization continues. Collect analyze and synthesize data obtained through various monitors that will give understanding of the pollutant emission patterns throughout the Coastal Bend. The information gathered added to a database showing industrial contribution to atmospheric methane H2S carbon dioxide concentrations and produce evidence about the relative contributions of air pollutants by different Coastal Bend industries to support permitting and enforcement challenges by being able to pinpoint and quantify the volume and source of emissions.

The program supports an Executive Director position to assist the board in strategic planning for our Stop Enbridge! project. The intended result is to prevent Canadian-owned Enbridge Ingleside Energy Center the largest oil export facility in North America from constructing a blue hydrogen ammonia facility immediately adjacent to Ingleside on the Bay IOB destroying rare pothole wetlands and Karankawan archeological site in the process reducing property values and endangering health and safety of residents of IOB and nearby communities.
