TRAINING INCLUDES INSTRUCTION IN USE OF WEIGHTS AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE APPARATUS, INCLUDING FREE WEIGHTS, PILATES REFORMERS, NAUTILUS WEIGHT RESISTANCE TRAINING MACHINES AND CARDIO EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. PARTICIPANTS PAY AN HOURLY FEE FOR ONE-ON-ONE INSTRUCTION DESIGNED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND ESTABLISH GOALS FOR INDIVIDUAL PHYSICAL TRAINING.
