On the field through practice and competition we teach development of high level baseball skills and the importance of preparation teamwork good sportsmanship attention to detail confidence appropriate responses to success and adversity and the development of leadership. Off the field we emphasize the development of critical personal traits including the ability to build trust based relationships achieving strong academic results in school exhibiting individual and team accountability and responsibility developing communication skills and giving back to the community through service.
