Community Fellowship (ComFe)Community Fellowship is inExcelsis's weekly Saturday gathering, serving as the organization's primary point of relational contact with unhoused neighbors in the St. Louis region. Each Saturday, guests share a meal, build community, and connect to essential services delivered on-site and through ComFe-initiated case management: vital-document recovery (birth certificates, certificate of homelessness and state identification), housing advocacy and landlord mediation, first-month rent and application-fee assistance, clothing, food, crisis and trauma support, and referrals to partner agencies. In the calendar year 2025, ComFe served 374 unique individuals, with 45% returning across multiple quarters a measure of sustained engagement rather than one-time contact. Many of the organization's long-term outcomes, including permanent housing placements, originate at a Saturday gathering.

Winter Safe Haven is inExcelsis's emergency cold-weather shelter program, activated when overnight temperatures reach 25F or below between mid-November and March 31. WSH places families with children, veterans, and high-vulnerability individuals into private motel rooms, preserving family unity and personal dignity that congregate shelter settings cannot. During the 202425 season (mid November 2024 - March 31), WSH sheltered 26 families and 43 children across 482 hotel-room nights and directly supported the transition of two families into permanent housing.

Dignity on Wheels (DoW)Dignity on Wheels is inExcelsis's mobile hygiene program, delivering a fully equipped four-stall shower trailer to partner sites across the St. Louis region from March through mid-November. In 2025, the program logged 616 check-ins from 298 unique individuals across nine active host sites including MoNetwork, the Cass Avenue and 10th Street pallet-shelter village, Wellston Loop, the Shaw neighborhood, and the St. Louis County Library system. Beyond hygiene access, DoW functions as an outreach anchor: the predictable weekly presence at each site creates a trusted relational touchpoint that has drawn participants into inExcelsis's other programs and into external housing and health services. In May 2025, the program was activated outside its standard service calendar to provide emergency hygiene response showers, towels, and hygiene kits to residents of The Ville displaced by the tornado that struck St. Louis.
