Mosaic serves established and emerging changemakers of color in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee who are in the background and on the front line of creating positive community change through their work in education, arts and culture, health, economic development, philanthropy and other fields. Through The Mosaic Fellowship, our signature leadership program, Mosaic brings together cohorts consisting of approximately 20 leaders. The 12-month intellectually rigorous program seeks to strengthen the individual and collective power of Mosaic Fellows to lead boldly and collaboratively in a multicultural society.
