IF THE CAT IS NOT DEEMED COMPATIBLE FOR HUMAN COMPANIONSHIP, IT IS RETURNED TO THE AREA IN WHICH IT WAS TRAPPED AND ROUTINELY PROVIDED FOR. IF THE CAT DISPLAYS A CAPABILITY FOR HUMAN COMPANIONSHIP, IT IS PLACED INTO THE FOSTER PROGRAM AND LISTED FOR ADOPTION.
